Lets checkout two simple ways of cleaning of vegetables and fruits.
Spray solution for cleaning : Take one cup of water with 1 tablespoon each of fresh lime juice and baking soda in a spray bottle. Now shake it so the ingredients gets mixed well. Spray this solution on the fruits or on vegetables and leave it for about 2-3min and then rinse under cold water.
Soaking for cleaning : You just need 2 simple ingredients ¼ cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoon of salt. Take a bowl or container and fill with cold water. Add the ingredients with the required ratio mentioned above . Let it sit for about 20 min then rinse with cold water. You can keep for long time also as this will not affect the flavors at all it just removes off the dirt and some wax coated on the outer layer of fruits or vegetables.
