Lemons are great when you have a headache or migraine. Some even directly suck on a lemon to ease the ache and discomfort related to migraine. If you are experiencing mild migraine symptoms, try the below lemon waters-
Recipe 1- Slice 1 lemon and toss it (along with skin) with 1 cup water in a saucepan. let it simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Strain and your lemon water is ready. Sip while warm.
Recipe 2- In a serving glass, pour 1 cup hot water and squeeze in juice of 1 lemon. Add in few mint leaves (optional) and pinch pink salt and put a lid on it for 5 minutes. Sip it slowly.
Recipe 3- In a jar, add lemon slices, few mint leaves and some pink salt. Infuse for 3-4 hours and sip throughout the day.
