HOW TO MAKE RICE WATER:
BOILED RICE WATER
Place 1 cup of rice in a sieve and rinse under running water. Transfer the rice to a pot along with 4 cups of water and pinch of salt. Cook the rice until it is done, then drain through the sieve while mashing the rice. Pour the rice water in a bowl and add Indian black salt and pepper. Consume warm.

NO BOIL METHOD
This method can be used to quickly make rice water without even heating or boiling it. You need water, rice and little salt and pepper. Soak rice in water overnight. Make sure you rinse it once before soaking to remove any impurities and pesticides from it. Strain the rice water and drink first thing in the morning.
