For a daily massage to stimulate new growth, add 3-4 drops of rosemary oil to one tablespoon of carrier oil such as jojoba oil. Rub into the scalp for a few minutes and leave for at least 30 minutes. You can also combine it with peppermint essential oil (which can also promote hair growth).
MIXING UP WITH SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER
You can add the benefit of rosemary to the shampoo by mixing a drop of rosemary essential oil with four ounce of shampoo. Rub the mixture onto the scalp for few minutes and wash off with water. You can also add the goodness of rosemary to your conditioner.
Rosemary can be used in any hair mask of your choice but mixing it other popular hair growth ingredient- methi can double up the results! Grind up half cup methi leaves and 10-20 drops rosemary essential oil. Add little water to make paste and apply on scalp and hair. wash off after 1 hour using mild shampoo.
