Things you need-

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Half lemon juice
  • Stevia or honey

Directions-

In a glass, add green tea bag and pour in hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes and take the green tea bag out. Add in cinnamon and squeeze in lemon juice. Add honey or stevia and stir. Consume in the morning on an empty stomach.
