Things you need-
- 1 tablespoon green tea
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- Pinch turmeric
In a sauce pan, add water, turmeric, ginger and green tea leaves. Simmer until water reduces to half, you want it concentrated. Strain and consume this twice a day.
