Garlic- Garlic has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and soothing properties that helps ward off cough and cold. It also helps boost immunity.

RECIPE FOR GARLIC TEA FOR COUGH AND COLD:
Things you need-
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic or garlic powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
In a saucepan, add filtered water and garlic. Let it simmer and turn off the flame. Strain and add in honey and lemon juice. Consume warm. Have this everyday until symptoms disappear.
