FRUIT AND VEGGIES WASH

Fruits and veggies that you buy from the grocery store are hand touched and kept in containers that you have idea might breed microbes and contain dirt. Regular water rinse isn’t enough especially if the fruits and veggies aren’t organic. Before you chop your fruits r vegetables, try washing them with the below recipe-

FRUITS AND VEGGIES CLEANING SPRAY

(1) In a spray bottle, add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or white vinegar. Spray it on your fruits or vegetables and wipe off using a clean tissue or paper towel.

(2) In a spray bottle, add 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add in 1 tablespoon of baking soda and shake. Spray it on your fruits or vegetables and wipe off using a clean tissue or paper towel.

FRUITS AND VEGGIES SOAK

In a big bowl, add equal quantities of water and white vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Soak your fruits and veggies in the solution for about 15 minutes and then rinse it with fresh water. The fruits and veggies can now be chopped or consumed.
