Easy Turmeric refreshing Cocktail at home

Including turmeric in food for taste is one of the inseparable part of cooking. However, due to its strong taste many of us do not like to eat them raw. Easy Turmeric refreshing Cocktail at home


Ingredients you need:

  • Raw turmeric or turmeric powder
  • Honey or other other sweeter
  • 2 Teaspoon lime juice
  • Ginger
  • 1 glass cold water


  1. Take a glass of cold water and add 4-5 spoon of turmeric to it. If you are using the raw turmeric, blend them finely in grinder.
  2. Now add 2 teaspoon of honey to the water
  3. Now add 2 teaspoon of lime juice to the recipe.
  4. Other option is to add some ginger juice, if you want to make this recipe taste more refreshing. Adding ginger to his cocktail, is extremely beneficial for sore throat and cold.
  5. Keep in Refrigerator and serve them cold.
