DIY CHEST RUBS TO FIGHT COLDEUCALYPTUS OIL RUB

Things you need: ½ cup olive oil, 2 level tablespoons of beeswax pastilles and 20 drops of eucalyptus oil.

Method:

  • Take beeswax in a bowl and add olive oil to it. Double heat it.
  • Now add the eucalyptus essential oil into it and stir well.
  • Now transfer this mixture into small container and close it with the lid.
  • Once it cool downs, it is ready to use. You can use it as needed to help soothe cold, flu and congestion.

PEPPERMINT OIL RUB

Things you need: ½ cup coconut oil, 2 level tablespoons of beeswax pastilles and 20 drops of peppermint oil.

Method:

  • Take beeswax in a bowl and add olive oil to it. Double heat it.
  • Now add the peppermint essential oil into it and stir well.
  • Now transfer this mixture into a small container and close it with the lid.
  • Once it cooldowns, it is ready to use. You can use it as needed to help soothe cold, flu and congestion.

ROSEMARY OIL RUB
