RECIPE FOR CUMIN SLEEP DRINK:

Things you need-

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • Honey (optional)

Directions-

In a saucepan, add water. Add in cumin seeds and nutmeg powder. Simmer on low flame with lid for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and strain the tea. Add in honey if you like and sip on it slowly. Consume this tea 30 minutes before bedtime.
