The caffeine preset in the coffee helps boost metabolism, also consumed as pre-workout. To make it more effective, I have been using this method of preparing coffee which has worked for me and several others.
What you need :
- Any coffee of your choice
- Organic coconut oil
- Coconut or Almond milk (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Prepare a freshly brewed coffee, the way you make it. Set aside an empty cup, add 1tp coconut oil, 1tp honey. Pour over the hot coffee and stir.
Recommend having 1 cup in the morning before workout.
