With change in weather comes allergies! Sore throat is really common and is the initial sign of respiratory infection. If you are experiencing painful sore throat, try soothing it with honey-
Hot honey lemonade- In a serving glass, add 1 cup hot water, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon raw honey. Stir and consume slowly.
Honey tea- n a saucepan, add 2 cups water, 2 tablespoons raw honey and 1 inch ginger paste. Lt it simmer and turn off the flame. Strain and sip slowly.
Honey syrup- In an air-tight jar, add lemon slices and pour enough honey to cover the lemon. Add in 1 tablespoon ginger powder and cinnamon powder and stir. Place it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Gulp down 1 tablespoon of this syrup twice a day if you have a sore throat.
