RECIPE FOR CINNAMON MILK FOR SLEEP:

Things you need-

  • 1 cup warm almond milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions-

In a saucepan, add almond milk and cinnamon powder. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Pour into serving cup and sip on it slowly while it is still warm. Have this 30 minutes before bedtime. You can add in dates or honey for taste and added benefits.
