Due to various artificial things available in the market, we forget the miracle of nature that can work better and faster than these artificial alternatives. Today we brought you a quick short recipe of Cinnamon juice for flat belly.

Ingredients required

  • 1/2 teaspoon organic Cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoon of organic honey
  • 2 cups of Water


  1. Take a sauce and fill it with water. Let the water boil down for 5 minutes.
  2.  Now add cinnamon powder and 2 teaspoon of honey.
  3.  Keep stirring so that lumps are not found. Turn off the flame and allow the pan to rest.
  4.  If needed some more honey to make the recipe more delicious.

Cinnamon may help reduce belly fat, incorporate more cinnamon into your diet. Add it to hot drinks like tea or coffee, add it to oatmeal or cereal in the morning or even cook it into your food.

If cinnamon is one of your favorite teas and you drink it regularly, consider asking your healthcare provider if Ceylon cinnamon (which contains minimal coumarin) may be a better choice for you than cassia cinnamon.
