Cucumber aloe water- In a blender, add 1 cup water, 1/2 cup cucumber and 1/4 cup fresh aloe gel. Blend and strain. Consume this on an empty stomach.
Cucumber detox water- Grab a mason jar and add in 2 cups water, 1 medium sized cucumber sliced, some mint leaves and 1 sliced lemon. Infuse overnight in the refrigerator, strain and consume it the next day diluted in your regular water.
Cucumber vinegar water- In a cup, add 3 tablespoons cucumber juice, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar and 1 cup warm water. Stir and consume before bedtime.
