ANTI-INFLAMMATORY GREEN TEA RECIPE

Turmeric- Turmeric has great anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and healing properties. It reduces pain and inflammation in the body and also helps with mild body infections. Detoxes and flushes out toxins.

RECIPE FOR ANTI-INFLAMMATORY GREEN TEA:

Things you need-

  • 1 1/2 cups filtered water
  • 1-2 green tea sachets
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Directions-

In a serving cup, add green tea sachets and pour in boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes and remove the sachets. Add in turmeric powder and stir. Consume while still warm. You can have this drink 2-3 times daily.
