It has been used since ages for health and beauty treatments. Below is how you could use aloe vera for thicker hair along with its benefits:

WAYS TO USE ALOE VERA FOR THICKER HAIR:
Hair mask: In a bowl, take 5-6 tablespoons of aloe vera and to it add 2 tablespoons of almond oil. Mix it well and apply on hair and scalp. Shampoo it off after 3 hours.
Overnight treatment: In a bowl, mix together ½ cup fenugreek water and ½ cup aloe vera gel. Mix it well and pour in a spray bottle. Spray it on scalp and hair and tie a high bun. Shampoo it off the next morning.
Massage: In a bowl, add some aloe vera gel along with ½ the quantity of castor oil. Give it a good mix making sure there are no aloe lumps in the mixture. Apply on scalp and hair and massage with light hands for good 30 minutes. Shampoo it off and you are done!
