Long and beautiful mane is what we all desire. Not all are blessed with healthy and thick hair, some lose their hair and its shine due to stress, pollution, unhygienic conditions, etc. which can often lead to hair fall or stunted growth. Home remedies always work for hair growth and here are some teas you can use to achieve strong and healthy hair and ways to use them:
GREEN TEA HAIR RINSE
To make green tea hair rinse, you need 3 tablespoons of green tea, 2 cups water and 2 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel. Brew 2 cups green tea by adding green tea leaves to water. Let it simmer on low flame for 5 minutes and put off the flame. Add aloe vera gel to the warm brewed green tea, but make sure the gel you are adding is free of lumps. Mix it well and use this solution as your last hair rinse. Do not wash it off. More: Green tea for hair growth.
