Things you need: To make this calming and fragrant citrusy bath soak, you need 1 cup unscented liquid castile soap, 1 tablespoon vegetable glycerine, ½ cup water and 15 drops pure orange essential oil.
Method: Mix castile soap, glycerine and water in a bowl and give it a good stir but gently since you don’t have to foam it up. Once the solution is properly mixed and combined, you may add orange essential oil to it and again stir gently. Your bating solution is ready! Add ½ cup to a bath in running water and you are done.
EUCALYPTUS BATH SOAK
Things you need: All you need is 1 cup Epsom salts, 3 tablespoons green tea leaves and 10-15 drops eucalyptus essential oil of your choice.
