1 glass Wheat Flour
1/2 glass finger millet flour (ragi flour)
- Prepare a thick batter with the ingredients listed above with enough water to make a paste without any lumps.Keep it aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan with oil, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 cumin seeds, curry leaves. add to the batter and mix well.
- Spread a portion of the batter on the pan. Flip the pan cake and cook both sides.
- Serve it with honey topping or spicy gravy.
Tip – Prepare the batter and keep it overnight to make a quick breakfast in the morning.
