Whole wheat flour is considered one of the worlds healthiest foods and Finger millet is a rich source of calcium, iron and high fiber. Both are powdery substances which is easily available in the market.

Using these healthy ingredients in our daily diet is very essential and hence here is the best way to do it.

Preparation Time : 15mins

Ingredients :
1 glass Wheat Flour
1/2 glass finger millet flour (ragi flour)
salt

Tempering :
Olive oil
mustard seeds
cumin seeds
curry leaves

Method :

  1. Prepare a thick batter with the ingredients listed above with enough water to make a paste without any lumps.Keep it aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan with oil, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 cumin seeds, curry leaves. add to the batter and mix well.
  3. Spread a portion of the batter on the pan. Flip the pan cake and cook both sides.
  4. Serve it with honey topping or spicy gravy.

 

Tip – Prepare the batter and keep it overnight to make a quick breakfast in the morning.
