HOW TO DO IT-
Swish the oil through your teeth just like you do with a mouthwash. After few minutes, the oil in your mouth will start getting watery as it will get diluted with your saliva. Keep pushing, pulling and drawing the oil through your teeth for about 20 minutes. Once the oil turns whitish, milkier and thinner you know that it’s time to spit it out. Brush your teeth as usual and you are done!
CLOVE OIL+COCONUT OIL
Add few drops of clove oil to coconut oil before using it for oil pulling. This will remove all the plaque making your teeth whiter. Regular usage also helps fight any gum issues.
TURMERIC OIL+COCONUT OIL
Add 2-3 drops f turmeric oil to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Swish your mouth using this. It won’t stain your teeth since you are using very little of the oil. It will naturally make your teeth whiter and gums stronger.
LEMON JUICE+COCONUT OIL
Lemon is a natural bleaching agent that whitens your teeth without harming the enamel. Add few drops of lemon juice in coconut oil and use it for oil pulling.
