Morning Turmeric detox tea recipe Ingredients Required:

  • Pieces of Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Spoonful of raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 cups water

How to prepare?

Step 1: First chop the ginger into thin slice. Place a saucepan on heat with water. You can keep 2 cup or more cup of water based on number of people you are gonna prepare. Allow the ginger to boil in the water.

Step 2: Once the water starts to boil up, add all the other ingredients except honey and lemon juice into the water. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Now add honey and lemon juice into it and give a stir. Strain into a mug and enjoy your morning detox tea.
