HOW TO GET OIL OUT OF CLOTHES

SALT

When the oil spills over any fabric, blot it completely before it gets sunk in. You can keep cotton or cotton based fabric over it to soak the oil/sauce/any oily foodstuff. Now cover the entire stain with salt. Let the salt soak into the wet stain and then dry. As the salt dries, it will suck up the stain. Then, all you need to do is just vacuum it and then tss it in washing machine.

CHALK

To remove oil stains, you can use another method with the help of a chalk. Take a piece of ordinary white chalk and rub it over the stain. Leave it for a few minutes. You will observe the outline of the stain in the chalk which means that the chalk is soaking up oil. Wash it off normally and the stain goes off completely. If not, repeat the process.
