Things you need:
To make garlic sauce, you need 5-6 garlic cloves, 1 small onion, 1 pitted date, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup cashew nuts, salt and pepper as per taste preferences and water enough to make a paste.
In a blender, add garlic cloves, chopped onion, pitted date, apple cider vinegar, cashew nuts, salt and pepper. You can also cook cashews with onions before adding it in the blender for extra flavour. Add little water and blend everything together. Check the taste and consistency; add salt and water accordingly and blend it again. Once the sauce is made, pour it over your spaghetti, macaroni, chicken or whatever you prefer.
