To make this foot spray, you need 4 ounces of magnesium oil and 20 drops of lavender essential oil. Mix these 2 ingredients in a bowl and pour it in a spray bottle. Give the bottle a thorough shake and use it on the foot 30 minutes before bedtime.

CHAMOMILE FOOT SPRAY

To make this foot spray, you need 4 ounces of magnesium oil, 20 drops of chamomile essential oil and 3-4 drops of lavender essential oil. Mix these 3 ingredients in a bowl and pour it in a spray bottle. Give the bottle a thorough shake and use it on the foot 30 minutes before bedtime.

VETIVER FOOT SPRAY

To make this foot spray, you need 4 ounces of magnesium oil, 10 drops of vetiver essential oil and 5 drops of lavender essential oil. Mix these 3 ingredients in a bowl and pour it in a spray bottle. Give the bottle a thorough shake and use it on the foot 30 minutes before bedtime.
