I love the holiday fragrance of cinnamon! Apart from being fragrant, it also is great for a number of health and beauty related problems. We all know the skin benefits of cinnamon and it also has detoxing benefits for hair. It is necessary to detox your hair and scalp once every 2 weeks to get rid of all the unnecessary toxins and to keep the scalp and hair healthy and dandruff-free. Here is how you can detox your hair with cinnamon:
- Helps scalp and hair get rid of all the toxins, build up and excess grease.
- Stimulates hair growth
- Keeps dandruff at bay
- Strengthens hair follicles and reduce hair loss
- Cinnamon contains chemical compounds like eugenol and cinnamaldehyde. These offer antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial and many other benefits which could help with hair problems by preventing fungal and bacterial infections of the scalp.
