Here is the recipe for this Cinnamon Weight Loss Tea – Things you need-
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 organic green tea bag
- Cinnamon stick – 1 ( you can reuse the cinnamon stick)
- ½ tablespoon raw honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- pinch of cayenne
Green tea as everyone knows is a super drink for health as it is loaded with tons of antioxidants. Brew a cup of green tea along with cinnamon stick for 5 mins. Once the green tea is ready, remove the cinnamon stick and add in a dash of lemon juice to it along with a pinch of cayenne and honey. This is not only a very tasty but the best detox tea too.
Caution: Ceylon cinnamon and cassia cinnamon are the most well-known types of cinnamon. While both may help with weight management, keep in mind that cassia cinnamon contains higher levels of a naturally occurring ingredient called ‘coumarin,’ which may be harmful in larger amounts for some people. Consider choosing Ceylon cinnamon instead if you drink cinnamon tea often.
